Frequently Asked Questions

General

1.       What should I do if I forget my password or username?

If you forget your username or password, click on the "Forgot Username/Password" link on the right of the page. Once you've reached this page, follow the instructions to either reset your password or retrieve your username information.

2.       Can I add additional users to my account?

You can add up to 6 additional users per account. Each person added to the account will be given a unique username and password, and they can download any materials purchased on the account. You may only use and share curriculum resources with persons within your congregation.

To add users, sign in to your account from the homepage. You will be taken to an account profile page. Click on "Manage Users" from this page, and you can enter the information for the people you wish to add to the account.

3.       What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted online. Curriculum packages can also be billed to a church account. To do so, please select the "Bill To" option during checkout and fill in your church information. We will verify the information and invoice the church.

4.       Can I view my order history?

Yes. Sign in using your username and password. Click on the "My Products" link at the top right of your screen. This will take you to your Order History.

5.       How do I download the curriculum resources?

When you have completed the checkout process you will be on the Order Confirmation page. The easiest way to download your purchased products immediately is to go to your My Products page by clicking on the "My Products" link located at the top of the page. You must be signed in to see the "My Products" link. Once you are on your My Products page, click on the title of the resource you want to download. This will take you to the product page for that resource where you will be given the option to download an EXE file (PC) or a DMG file (MAC). If you want to come back and download at another time, simply sign in and go to your My Products page.

If using a PC with Windows

Once you click EXE File, a dialog box will open asking you what you want to do with the file. Depending on your Web browser and the version of Windows you are using, it will give you the options to Open, Run, Save, Save As, or Cancel.

If you click Run or Open, you will then be asked where you want to save the file. The default location will be your desktop. Use the Browse function to change the location, and then click OK. The file will unzip and open automatically in that location.

If you choose Save or Save As, a box will open asking you to choose the location to save the file. Using the Save In arrow, select a folder, such as My Downloads or My Documents, and then click Save. Open the folder where you saved the file, and double-click on the file. It will "open" from that location.

Important note: Be sure you remember where you saved the file and what it is named! That will make it much easier to locate it later, and will prevent you from having to download it again. Also, please do not rename the file until you have successfully downloaded it to your computer.

If using a Macintosh with OSX

Once you click DMG File, a DMG file will be placed on your desktop. If it does not launch automatically, double-click it. This will mount a volume containing the files for the chosen curriculum. This volume acts as a folder. You can discard the DMG file, but do not throw away the volume containing your PDFs.

Important note: Be sure you remember where you saved the file and what it is named! That will make it much easier to locate it later, and will prevent you from having to download it again. Also, please do not rename the file until you have successfully downloaded it to your computer.

If you have a PC and have difficulty downloading the PC file:

If you are using a PC and experience difficulty in downloading the PC file, please try downloading the Zip file type.
